How often should I submit my site to search engines?

Your site only needs to be submitted to search engines once.  After the initial submission, the search engines will send out their crawlers (spiders) to index your site within their system.  After that, they will periodically and regularly come back to crawl the site for new information.

There is generally no need to resubmit your site for any reason, and in some cases, multiple resubmissions or resubmission within too short a period of time may be viewed as abuse and can be grounds for removal from the search engine entirely.
