Can I change the menu order or level of the various manager pages?

In order to change the location of the menu link for a manager page such as Events or Syndication, use the following steps:

Use the instructions here to create shortcuts for the manager page you want to relocate
Create a page in the Pages manager with a title similar to (or the same as) the manager page you want to relocate and make sure the "Add Link to Site Menu" value is "Yes"
Use the parent page tab and page ordering technique to position the page in the desired place on the menu
Use the shortcut field to input the full URL for the manager which you created in step 1 above (should look something like "http://www.yoursite.com/events")
Return to the manager settings tab and change the "Add Link to Site Menu" value to "No"
Repeat the process for additional manager pages
